Are you insured?
Yes. Lego Services is Fully Insured and our written agreement protects all customers from being responsible in the event of accident or injury.
Are you Licensed?
Yes. Lego Services has the Home Improvement Contractor License Number PA092250
Is there a contract to sign?
No. There is No Contract required for service. The only document that we will ever ask you to sign is our customer service agreement which protects both parties involved in all projects.
Do you have a guarantee on your services?
Yes, all services have a Guaranteed Satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any of our service performed, please let us know within 48 hours of the service. We will promptly return to the property, and at the best of our ability, make what you are displeased with right. If after we return to correct the mistake you are still not satisfied, a full refund for the service will be provided.
How did you come up with my price?
Prices are based on the size of your property, the time that will be spent on your property, supplies needed, and obstacles. Obstacles include pets, toys, and other items that cause concern for damage to our equipment or personnel.
How do I pay for services? Can I make a prepayment?
After your service is completed an invoice will be mailed to the address on file. You will have 30 days to submit payment in the form of check or money order. Currently we are working on a way for customers to pay for service using credit card directly on our web site, we will let you know when this is available. Pre-payments are always welcome and are refundable if the service is not completed or you decide to cancel.
Do your prices increase?
Customers on scheduled maintenance will not see a price increase. Customers who have projects completed from time to time might notice an increase in price depending on current gas price, insurance costs, and equipment maintenance. We have to maintain our prices to keep up with the cost operations.
Are you locally owned?
Lego services is a locally, family owned business.
Do you perform soil pH tests?
If you lawn is damaged in any way, Lego Services always takes a sample of the soil to perform a pH test. We want to be accurate in the treatment of your lawn, and we do not want to take any chance on missing a key piece of information.
Do you keep good communication with your customers?
If there is a delay we normally try to keep contact with all customers effected by the delay. If we do not contact you the day of the delay you can expect to have your service completed within the next 48 hours. If you email or leave us a message we will normally return the email or phone call within a 24 hour period.
Will I be billed if my lawn does not need cut for that week?
If you lawn does not look as if it needs cut, we will try to contact you and double check first. If we are unable to contact you, and feel that the property does not need serviced, we will not cut. We do not want our customers to waste money on a service that does not need completed. If you feel that our decision was wrong and you want the service completed, please give us a call ASAP and we will return within 48 hours and complete the service.
